There's another DOG MAN!
A few months ago, I randomly spotted a man walking down Portobello Road with a dog balancing on his shoulder. As you do. (If you didn’t catch Dog Man No.1 the first time round on ATCN check him out here.) Now there is ANOTHER Dog Man on the streets of London town. I don’t get it? Is this the 2008 definition of Grandad swagger? Whatever it represents it keeps me entertained.
